About Projectonomics
For two decades we've been the partner organisations turn to when a programme is too complex, too critical, or too far off track to leave to chance.
Built on the belief that no programme should fail for want of discipline
Projectonomics LLC was founded in London in 2004 by a group of chartered engineers and programme directors who had watched too many worthy projects collapse under the weight of poor governance. They set out to build a consultancy defined by one thing: delivery certainty.
Two decades on, we operate across 42 countries and 27 industries, from single high-stakes projects to enterprise portfolios worth billions. What hasn't changed is the founding principle — that structure, transparency, and rigour are what turn ambition into outcome.
We are proudly independent, privately held, and answerable only to the clients whose programmes we deliver. That independence is what lets us tell boards the truth, hold suppliers to account, and keep every engagement honest.
What defines us

Principles we don't trade away
Integrity
We report the truth of a programme, even when it's unwelcome. Every engagement is transparent and fully documented.
Rigour
Discipline is our craft. Plans are baselined, risks are quantified, and controls are evidenced end to end.
Accountability
We own outcomes, not activity. Success is measured against your business case, not our hours.
Discretion
We handle sensitive programmes with professional confidentiality — always within the bounds of law, regulation, and full compliance.
